Dr. Chandrashekar D P — known as CSK — became one of India's youngest education chief executives when he was appointed CEO of JGI Schools in 2016, having joined the Jain Group of Institutions in 2003. He leads more than twenty K-12 schools across Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh and Andhra Pradesh, spanning CBSE, Cambridge and IB, and built India's first Whole Brain School.

He is Founding Mentor of TEYC, an early years education company, and Founder Mentor of Pearl Infinity International School. He earlier established a network of 28 preschools across six Indian states. In October 2017 he conceptualised and led the world's largest contingent of school students to Everest Base Camp — twenty-five children, the youngest aged seven — training alongside them and guided by a former student he had mentored into India's youngest professional mountaineer. The record was certified in Nepal. He wrote the bestselling account, One More Step.

Education World named him a Visionary Education Leader in its 2024-25 India School Rankings, having earlier ranked him 7th among India's 33 Young Rising Stars of Education. The Economic Times named him Outstanding Young Educationist of the Year in 2023. He is a REX Karmaveer Global Fellow, a TIMES 40 Under 40 game changer of 2020, and was conferred the Swami Vivekananda Award in 2022.

He holds a Doctorate Honoris Causa in Education from Università Popolare Degli Studi di Milano and is an alumnus of IIM Lucknow. He is Founder Trustee of the Dr. Shampur Madhusudhana Trust and founder of the NoMoreScreenTime Foundation.

He is the author of four books, most recently The Toddlers' Way — A Panda's Parenting Guide, which argues that the first 2000 days of a child's life decide everything that follows, and introduces the PEARL philosophy: Play, Engage, Activate, Reflect, Learn. A two-time TEDx speaker, his talks Right Way Leader — The Forgotten Values and How Outward Ripples Create Inward Resonance set out his work on values-based leadership and influence. Ranked in the top 1% of a group of 300 leading professional speakers in India, he has delivered more than 900 presentations across four continents and coached over sixty business leaders. He hosts The Legacy Blueprint with CSK, a podcast on purpose-driven leadership.

His work spans three pillars — Education, Empowerment and Entrepreneurship. Two missions drive it: to impact one million children through education, and to help ten thousand entrepreneurs create value and leave a legacy. Bangalorean by birth. Hyderabadi by heart.
